Terms and Conditions for Library Survey giveaway

  1. Eligibility:
    1. The competition is open to all current Town of Victoria Park Library members who make a submission to the library survey at https://culturecounts.cc/s/4eGvfH. The submission must include an email address.
    2. Only one entry per quarter.
    3. The Town may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or engages in conduct that is fraudulent, misleading or deceptive.
  2. Prize:
    1. The prize will be one $50 gift voucher per quarter.
    2. One prize per winner for the duration of the competition.
  3. Prize draw:
    1. Prizes will be chosen at random from eligible entrants.
    2. Prizes will be drawn once per quarter. Quarters are as follows: 1 July- 30 September; 1 October- 31 December; 1 January – 31 March; 1 April – 30 June.
    3. The winner will be notified via the email provided.
    4. The winner must collect their prize from the Victoria Park Library, and provide either a current library card or other form of identification.
  4. General
    1. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    2. The Town reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time.
