Join our bibliotherapy-trained librarians for a mindful, guided reading experience that fosters a deeper connection with both literature and self-reflection.
Each session features short stories and poems read aloud, followed by time for reflection and meaningful discussion.
We begin and end with a brief meditation to ground and centre you.
