Life Skills for Young People: Completing a Tax Return

Saturday 15th August 2026

Ages 14 - 25 | Free

Tax Done - A No-Stress Space to File Your Return

Filing taxes can feel like a mountain of paperwork that is daunting and scary.  Join us in a dedicated space for you to sit down, get your documents in order, and actually work through your submission.

Calculate the Numbers: Work through your projected tax payable and see what kind of PAYG refund you can expect.

Collate Your Documents: Identify exactly what you need for your submission or build your "to-get" list.

Submit with Confidence: Use the session to actually complete your tax return while you have support right there with you.

Note: If you are planning to submit your tax return during the session, please bring along your laptop and ensure you have access to ATO via MyGov.

This workshop is presented by Empower2Free.
