Visiting the Library - Code of conduct

In accordance with Town of Victoria Park’s Local Government Property Local Law 2000 Amended, while in the Library no person/s is permitted to:

• Behave in any manner which interferes with the enjoyment of other Library users.
• Destroy, damage or interfere with any Library property.
• Act contrary to any lawful direction of the Library Services Manager or Officer in Charge, including a direction to leave for breach of this policy.

While in the library you are encouraged to:

• Speak politely and in a normal voice to staff and other library users.
• Be respectful and considerate of other people and their property.
• Be responsible for the safety, wellbeing and conduct of children or others in your care.
• Keep your personal belongings in your control at all times.
